About Home Interlook
Home Interlook is a growing interior construction company specializing in false ceiling, modular kitchens, carpentry work, doors & windows, wall paneling, flooring, painting solutions, and solar sales & installations. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base across Western Odisha.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
- Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Prepare and explain quotations to customers.
- Make basic project estimates and coordinate with the technical team.
- Promote interior construction services and solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and project status.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass/Diploma or Graduate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be fluent in Odia and Hindi and have basic working knowledge of English for customer communication and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Willingness to travel across Western Odisha.
- Experience in sales, marketing, construction, interior, or solar industry will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
