Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual sales strategies and budgets to meet company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales professionals, setting individual and team targets.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new customers, particularly in sectors like oil & gas, water management, and manufacturing.
- Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project managers to secure high-value contracts.
- Channel Management: Establish and manage dealer networks and channel partners.
- Technical Sales Coordination: Work with engineering and production teams to provide tailored pump solutions, ensuring accurate product specifications and quotations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitor activity and market trends to enhance product positioning.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, manage CRM systems, and provide regular forecasts to senior management.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
