Job description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1+ year experience in international bidding and client acquisition through freelancing platforms. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bidding and lead generation on platforms like Upwork, (PPH), and Fiverr
- Identify client requirements and pitch relevant services
- Communicate with international clients via chat/call/email professionally
- Prepare proposals/quotations and close deals
- Maintain daily reporting of leads, bids, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
Required Skills
- Must have 1+ year experience in Upwork / PPH / Fiverr bidding
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good negotiation and client handling skills
- Target-driven mindset and ability to work in night shift
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
