About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead paid media campaigns, ad operations, and campaign execution for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Ad Operations, Ads Trafficking, Performance Marketing, Media Planning, Conversion Tracking, and Client Management.
Candidates must have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency and managing multiple client accounts across different industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Paid Media
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage lead generation, e-commerce, app promotion, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance based on KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Plan and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
Campaign Management
- Create campaign strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from planning to reporting.
- Ensure timely campaign launches, optimizations, and delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, and web development teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Develop media plans and customer acquisition strategies.
Ad Operations & Ads Trafficking
- Handle campaign setup, ad trafficking, and deployment across multiple advertising platforms.
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign pacing, ad approvals, tracking accuracy, and budget utilization.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery and tracking-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and best practices.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Performance Marketing Executives and Campaign Specialists.
- Review campaign performance and optimization strategies.
- Conduct regular team training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure timely completion of client deliverables and campaign objectives.
- Establish campaign management processes and quality standards.
Client Management
- Manage multiple client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client goals and create customized growth strategies.
- Conduct regular performance review meetings and presentations.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign performance through GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze customer behavior, attribution models, and conversion funnels.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and improving efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6years of experience in Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, or Ad Operations.
- Mandatory experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience in Ads Trafficking, Ad Operations, Pixel Setup, Conversion Tracking, GTM, and GA4.
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client handling, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
