AI Automation Specialist
We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help build and deploy AI-powered business automation solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Build WhatsApp automation systems using AI.
- Develop AI chatbots and conversational agents.
- Set up AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls.
- Create automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and APIs.
- Integrate CRM systems, Google Sheets, calendars, and third-party applications.
- Design lead capture, qualification, and follow-up automations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with AI automation tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of OpenAI/GPT integrations.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API.
- Familiarity with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI voice platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, or Twilio.
- Coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience building automation for businesses such as restaurants, real estate, healthcare, education, or e-commerce.
