We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling medical emergencies, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely patient assessment and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, examine, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency.
- Provide immediate medical care during emergencies and stabilize patients.
- Monitor patients' progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialists for patient management.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations as per hospital protocols.
- Perform routine medical procedures such as IV cannulation, suturing, catheterization, and basic life support.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and code blue situations.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient history, treatment, and discharge summaries.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Follow NABH guidelines, hospital policies, and infection control protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized university.
- Valid State Medical Council registration.
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
