- Formulation & Testing: Assist senior chemists in developing, preparing, and comparing experimental paint and coating samples.
- Quality Control: Conduct standard tests on raw materials and finished products, including checking viscosity, gloss, tint strength, density, pH, and scrub resistance.
- Batch Operations: Support manufacturing and production teams by monitoring batch preparation, overseeing chemical mixing, and troubleshooting basic production issues. [1, 2]
- Data Management: Record laboratory test results accurately, maintain organized batch data, and assist in compiling reports.
- Lab Maintenance: Maintain laboratory equipment, manage tool room inventory, and ensure strict adherence to 5S and safety regulations.
