Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze day-to-day, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and statements to support business decision-making.
- Manage general ledger activities, including bank reconciliations, sub-ledger to GL reconciliation, and review of journal entries.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, tax filings, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
- Establish and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and improve process efficiency.
- Oversee and maintain complete books of accounts, from daily accounting entries to finalization.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and ensure data accuracy across financial records.
- Provide guidance, review work, and mentor junior accounting team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Sound knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates who have pursued or completed CMA / CA / CS (Inter) or relevant internships.
- Experience in independently handling complete books of accounts, including audits and tax compliance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
