* Draft job descriptions, post openings on job portals, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
* Schedule interviews, conduct telephonic pre-screenings, and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain the applicant tracking system and collect offer letter acknowledgements and KYC documents from selected candidates.
* Conduct induction sessions and ensure new hires receive all necessary tools, materials, and system access before their joining date.
* Deliver stage-wise training materials, track progress, record doubts and weak areas, and update training files accordingly.
* Conduct product understanding tests and practical readiness checks, ensuring all mandatory training is completed before live work begins.
* Collect and verify attendance, leave, and timesheet data and coordinate with the payroll team for accurate, timely salary processing.
* Support PF, ESIC, and gratuity compliance activities, maintain compliance documents, and assist with background verification of new hires.
* Manage employee files, HR databases, and trackers while handling staff queries related to attendance, leaves, and HR policies.
* Draft HR communications and policy documents, assist with performance review coordination, and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,001.00 per month
