We are looking for a Debt Counsellor who can guide clients in managing their financial obligations, help them understand repayment options, and support them in becoming debt-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client’s financial situation (income, liabilities, expenses)
- Provide counselling on debt management and repayment plans
- Suggest solutions like restructuring, consolidation, or settlement
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert leads into clients
- Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams or financial institutions
- Maintain records of client interactions and progress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
