About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly
- Write creative captions, post copies, and social media content
- Design basic creatives and coordinate with the design team for campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and reach
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in social media management
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
