About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, retailer management, logistics coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities and business processes.
- Coordinate with retailers, sellers, and internal teams.
- Monitor order processing and fulfillment activities.
- Assist in maintaining operational reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Track service levels (SLAs) and help resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate operational data and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order delivery.
- Assist in inventory and marketplace operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail operations is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (MBA Freshers are welcome).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 0.6 year of experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
