KAKATIYA REALITY is looking for an experienced Revit specialist with excellent BIM process knowledge and strong hands-on experience in delivering BIM projects across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BIM model development, coordination, quality assurance, standards implementation, project execution, and mentoring BIM teams for domestic
BIM Modeling & Project Delivery
- Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create architectural, structural, and MEP models as per project requirements.
- Produce detailed construction documentation, shop drawings, and coordinated BIM deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and industry best practices.
- Deliver projects within defined quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
BIM Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve clashes using Autodesk Navisworks and BIM Collaboration tools.
- Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Perform clash detection, model validation, and constructability reviews.
- Support model integration and data exchange workflows across various disciplines.
BIM Standards & Quality Control
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows.
- Conduct model audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
- Implement BIM Level of Development (LOD) requirements and project-specific standards.
- Ensure proper model organization, naming conventions, and documentation procedures.
BIM Process Management
- Support BIM implementation strategies and digital delivery processes.
- Prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling guidelines, and workflow documentation.
- Monitor project BIM performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in establishing BIM best practices across projects and teams.
Training & Leadership
- Mentor and train junior BIM engineers, Revit modelers, and project teams.
- Conduct internal training sessions on Revit, BIM workflows, and project standards.
- Support recruitment and technical evaluation of BIM professionals.
- Act as a technical resource for complex BIM and Revit-related challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BIM project delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and project lifecycle management.
- Experience working on international BIM projects and standards.
