Job Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicles by visiting customers at their location and identifying key decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Promote and establish the SMKN MOTORS brand
- Generate enquiries through cold calls, old customer references, service advisors, banks, opinion makers, and competitor prospects
- Execute sales promotional activities and events
- Follow up on field enquiries and leads
- Present vehicles to customers and explain product features and comparisons
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Explain finance options, schemes, and packages
- Guide customers on vehicle registration, insurance, warranty terms, and preventive maintenance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve grievances professionally
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Collect competitor market intelligence
- Track weekly and monthly competitor sales data using dealership and RTO sources
- Support the Sales Manager with promotional strategy suggestions
