Department:- Visa & immigration service
Reports to:- Sr. Visa Counselor /Team Leader
Key Responsibilities and Skills :-
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Explain company products, services, and offers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, or payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
- Connect daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
Preferred Experience:-
- 1-2 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration counsultancy, oversesa education counseling, or travel services.
- Familiarity with visa procedures for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc. is preferred.
Required Qalification :-
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience in visa counseling, immigration counsultancy, oversesa education counseling, or travel services.
- Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
