Job Title: Motion & Video Editor
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Variable)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Purpose of the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. Your role will be to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that communicate our clients’ stories, enhance their brand image, and captivate their audience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage, graphics, and audio into polished videos that meet project goals and client expectations.
- Storyboard Interpretation:
Collaborate with the creative team to understand and execute visual concepts based on scripts and storyboards.
- Visual & Audio Enhancement:
Improve video and audio quality through color correction, sound design, syncing voiceovers, adding music, and integrating visual effects or motion graphics when required.
Work closely with directors, producers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
Organize and manage media files efficiently to maintain a streamlined post-production workflow.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, styles, and software tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.
Additional Details:
- Probation Period: 3 months (Salary applicable during probation).
- Salary Hike: Performance-based appraisal post probation.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience with industry-standard software including:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of video formats, editing workflows, and post-production techniques.
- Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality content.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all work-related activities.
Preferred Qualities:
- Passion for video storytelling and visual branding.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced agency or production house is a plus.
Experience:
- Video Editing: 2 year (Preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
