Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting jewellery products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing conversion rates and average transaction values.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and current market trends.
- Handle high-value customer interactions and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales consultants.
- Support store operations, including inventory management, stock audits, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales initiatives and improve store performance.
Requirements
- 10 + years of experience in jewellery retail sales, luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle premium clientele and high-value transactions.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Gemology, Diamond Grading, or Jewellery Retail Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
