Key responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Management: Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local laws.
Policy Development: Creating and implementing policies related to employee benefits, performance management, and company culture.
Team Building: Initiating team-building activities to foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring that the company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
