Job Title: Tele Sales Executive & Marketing Support
Job Summary:
A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and target-oriented performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate
Experience: 1-3 years in Tele Sales / Customer Service (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary:- 10k-114k
Location:- Mani Square Mall(E M Bypass)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Follow up with customers for closures and repeat sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Address customer objections and resolve queries effectively
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments when required
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Good listening skills and patience
- Fluency in local language, Bengali, Hindi, and English
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made per day
- Conversion rate (leads to sales)
- Revenue generated
- Customer satisfaction level
