Office Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM | Monday to Saturday
Location: Maaesa Creations , Plot No. 135, Prime estate , Jagatpura, behind JNU University, Landmark: Jagatpura RTO
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and returns across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio etc- Training will be given for unknown platforms.
- Communicate with eCommerce portals via email and calls to resolve issues
- Process daily order processing, do return management, and manage pick up and warehouse team.
- Do Bulk listings on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio etc
- Put daily SPF claims on portals
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of managing eCommerce operations across multiple portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with order management systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Know excel bulk listings
