The team is looking to hire a Recruiter for India who will manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology/Digital Marketing roles. The recruiter will be responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle, starting from sourcing and screening candidates through offer rollout and candidate joining. The role requires strong experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation within the India market.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding support.
- Handle IT / Digital Marketing hiring across different technology skill sets.
- Excellent communication
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, career portals, and external vendors. ( No Naukri access will be provided)
- Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain data in the ATS system (Greenhouse).
- Generate and process offers through Salesforce.
- Manage offer discussions and negotiations with candidates for the India region.
- Work closely with the recruitment coordinator for interview scheduling and process management.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through joining.
