Responsibility:
Ø Overall leadership in Project management of every new development/ECRs projects.
Ø One point contact to Customer for all new development projects (PPAP approval and handover to PRD)
Ø One point contact to Customer for any changes/improvements (ECRs) in running projects (PPAP approval & handover to PRD).
Ø Completion of all projects On-time, in compliance with all QMS, Customer expectation with Zero Quality concerns and as per Cost estimation.
Job Description:
Ø Participate in all reviews meeting with customer for any new development/ECRs
Ø Project wise detailed planning and management of all resources as per PPAP wherever specified.
Ø Source proper project related data from the customer and share with all internal stake holders.
Ø Liaison with all internal stakeholders and drive internal review of every project on a daily/weekly basis to ensure compliance to project time plan, customer expectations, Quality and Cost estimations.
Ø Share proper communication on project status to Management and Internal stake-holders of the project.
Ø Meeting the billing plan.
Ø Share project wise weekly update to customers.
Ø Mitigate/Manage the risks involved in the projects.
Ø Confirm that the project meets all the requirements.
Ø Compliance to all QMS (ISO & IATF) requirements.
Authority:
Ø Project time line commitments to customer
Ø To plan project review meeting whenever necessary.
Ø Preparation of Project Budgeting & monitoring of the shared budget.
Ø Deciding the priorities for NPD projects.
Liaison with:
Expectations from
Ø Manufacturing team: Adherence to the committed dates.
Ø Quality team: On time completion of reports.
Ø Store team: Proper planning and execution of dispatches & to share the information on receipt of any item related to Projects.
Ø Purchase team: Proper updation on the delivery dates, upfront information if there are any delays in the supply, weekly update on the outsourced items with photos.
Ø Design team: Plan the design in given budget & on time completion of design.
Ø Management team: Committing project lead time, not to commit more than 2 projects at a time with same lead time, consider the capacity before committing the project to customer & also to foresee the ability of the team.
Ø Tool assembly team: Assembly a quality tool on time, prepare the correction plan against the report, prepare the tool related documents during or after the trial attendance.
Ø Production: On time machines allotment for trial once the tools are ready and to support for NPD production.
Ø HR: Plan for the replacement immediately if someone is given resignation.
KPI :
Ø On time delivery of project.
Ø Zero Customer escalations.
Ø Meeting of billing plan.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
