Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of MEP activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure MEP activities are completed within the approved schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections and monitor the quality of MEP installations.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and material consumption.
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide regular progress reports.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to avoid project delays.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure proper documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with facility management and clients during project handover.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 3 or more years of experience in MEP execution for real estate or construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of relevant building codes and MEP standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP software.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
Job Location
As per project site.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
