Horizont Global Institute of AI (HGIAI) is looking for Institutional Coordinators to drive student admissions for our upcoming AI & Automation program.
Primary Objective
The primary objective of this role is to generate and close student admissions, contributing toward an overall target of 200 confirmed admissions for the current intake.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are already working within educational institutions and have direct professional access to students and institutional decision-makers.

- PU / Junior Colleges
- BCA / B.Tech / CSE / IT / AI-related departments
- Training & Placement departments
- Academic / Administrative departments
- Student Affairs / Coordination teams
- Educational organizations
The ideal candidate already has professional access to Principals, HODs, faculty, coordinators and/or student groups.
We are not primarily looking for candidates who simply want to travel to institutions and conduct cold outreach.
We are looking for individuals who can leverage their existing institutional position, professional relationships and student access to generate genuine admissions.
Responsibilities
- Introduce HGIAI programs through appropriate institutional channels.
- Coordinate with relevant decision-makers and departments.
- Facilitate student awareness sessions or presentations where permitted.
- Identify genuinely interested students.
- Communicate program information accurately.
- Follow up with interested students.
- Drive the enrollment process through to confirmed admission.
- Contribute consistently toward the 200-admission target.

- Have experience in student counseling, admissions, education outreach or coordination

Engagement & Compensation
This is an independent, performance-linked engagement.
Compensation is linked to verified and successfully completed student admissions generated through your efforts, according to the applicable HGIAI engagement structure.

- Enrollment process guidance
- Program-related support
The current intake is primarily designed for coordinators who can utilize their existing institutional access. Additional outreach support for external institutional visits may be considered for suitable coordinators in future engagement cycles.
Selection Preference
Candidates with the following profile will receive priority:
Currently employed in an educational institution + direct access to decision-makers + access to students + ability to drive confirmed admissions.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
