We are looking for an Airbnb Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- ensuring high occupancy rates,
- delivering exceptional guest experiences, and
- maintaining the overall quality and profitability of the properties.
As an Airbnb Manager, you will coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules, manage guest communications, handle bookings and inquiries, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and Airbnb policies, as well as managing reviews and feedback to maintain a positive reputation.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable using property management software (if needed) and have a decent understanding of the short-term rental market.
