Job Summary: A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They promote the company's products or services, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
