Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment for our Broking, Trading, and Financial Services verticals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience hiring for roles such as Dealers, Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, and other niche BFSI positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for broking/trading/financial services roles
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers for closures
- Negotiate offers and manage smooth onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Build a strong talent pipeline for niche financial services roles
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Broking/Trading/Financial Services/BFSI hiring
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
