Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide excellent support and assistance to customers, parents, and teachers. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to parents and teachers.
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and phone calls.
- Manage and resolve escalation tickets.
- Schedule and reschedule student classes.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and support customer retention.
- Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling chat, email, and voice support.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
