About the Role
We are a proprietary algorithmic trading desk seeking a detail-oriented operations assistant. This is an entry-level role with structured training. The ideal candidate has strong logical thinking and an interest in financial markets.
Training Period (first 3 months)
· Full on-site training in algorithmic trade execution, monitoring, and risk management
· Stipend includes room and board for the duration of training
· Learn live market monitoring, basic script oversight, and trade logging
Post‑Training Role (permanent)
· Monitor automated trading systems during market hours
· Report anomalies, disconnections, or strategy deviations
· Maintain daily trade logs and performance summaries
· Assist in backtesting and basic data analysis
Compensation
· During training: lodging + meals provided
· After successful completion: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
Requirements
· Strong numerical and logical aptitude
· High attention to detail and ability to follow rules precisely
· Comfortable with computers (Excel, basic software)
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Willing to relocate for the training period (lodging provided)
Preferred (not required)
· Basic Python, SQL, or any coding exposure
· Prior interest in trading or markets

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
