Experience Requirements
Minimum Experience 2 Years in IT Support and/or Cybersecurity roles
Preferred Background MSP, MSSP, or managed security environment experience
Bonus Experience Experience with US clients or US-facing support roles
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Solid foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms
- Familiarity with endpoint detection and response (EDR/MDR) platforms such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or equivalent
- Understanding of vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, OpenVAS, Qualys, or similar)
- Basic penetration testing methodology knowledge (OWASP, PTES, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools
- Familiarity with backup technologies and business continuity concepts
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, or cybersecurity compliance frameworks (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English — must be able to communicate with US clients professionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, disciplined work ethic — essential for a night-shift schedule
- Team player willing to collaborate with SIS colleagues and IHS US-based staff across time zones
