Supreme Laws is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist & Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Handle client records, files, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with team members for administrative support.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and client interactions.
- Manage data entry and basic record-keeping tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
