Job Summary:
The Admin cum Academic Counselor is responsible for managing the student admissions process, generating and converting inquiries into enrollments, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The role also supports day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Guide applicants through the admission process, including application completion, document verification, and registration.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and student data in the institute's database.
- Coordinate with faculty and management regarding admissions, class schedules, and student onboarding.
- Provide timely support to students and parents by addressing admission-related queries.
- Manage front office operations, visitor handling, and routine administrative tasks.
- Prepare admission reports and maintain confidential student records.
- Assist in organizing admission campaigns, orientations, and promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, customer service, or administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
