Job Description
- Review and evaluate tenders, RFQs, and enquiries received from private and government organizations.
- Handle documentation related to vendor registration/approval, bid preparation, and tender submissions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers and conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain and manage documentation in compliance with applicable quality management systems, including IRIS, ISO, and other relevant standards.
- Maintain enquiry registers, trackers, and databases to ensure timely follow-up on leads and business opportunities.
- Be willing to visit client locations for product demonstrations, sample collection, and other business-related activities within and outside the Delhi-NCR region.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain regular updates on order status, production schedules, dispatches, and project progress.
- Monitor public procurement portals, tender websites, and other relevant sources to identify new business opportunities.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with government e-procurement portals and vendor registration processes.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: Diploma/B-Tech in Mechanical.
Experience: 2 years in handling documentations/tenders/RFQ.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
