Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:Assist the sales team with various tasks, such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating logistics for sales events and trade shows.
- Customer Relationship Management:Handle incoming customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, update CRM systems, and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment:Process sales orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and track shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support:Manage the sales team's schedules, prepare sales reports, and handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication and Coordination:Act as a point of contact for internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) and external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the sales process.
- Sales Strategy Support:Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Performance Monitoring:Track sales team performance, monitor key metrics, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management :For retail sales, this may involve coordinating inventory, tracking stock levels, and assisting with merchandising efforts
