We are looking for a passionate and energetic Spoken English Trainer to join our team immediately. If you enjoy teaching, mentoring young people, and making a meaningful social impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Conduct Spoken English training sessions as per the curriculum and training methodology.
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Ensure student attendance, participation, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and provide individual feedback and mentorship.
- Continuously improve training practices and learning experiences.
Student Employability & Career Readiness
- Facilitate resume-building and mock interview sessions.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students requiring additional assistance.
- Help students build confidence and workplace communication skills.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain student records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Update data on Excel/Google Sheets and internal MIS platforms.
- Submit regular reports on training progress and outcomes.
Centre & Community Engagement
- Support student mobilization and enrollment activities.
- Participate in events, donor visits, and stakeholder engagements.
- Document success stories and program highlights.
- Engage with alumni and support alumni activities.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation (English training preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to communicate in Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable handling batches of 25–30 students.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to teach digital skills.
- Passion for youth development and community impact.
