ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic, aggressive sales individual of Sales to spearhead our designated territory. The ideal candidate will bring new business, steady revenue flow and maintain good relationship with customers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To travel across the designated regions as per the need and work directly with Industies, laboratries, institutional customers and/ or with the sales teams already available in branch locations
- To create technical and marketing material for customer presentations.
- To identify, connect and present solutions effectively to potential customers in the select market segment of operations.
- To create prospects, negotiate and close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- To work with other departments to ensure project delivery, project closure and payment collections.
- To build and manage customer relationships.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (mandatory)
- MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management is highly preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales roles in UPS, Servo Stabilisers (B2B)
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets in power conditioning, UPS, electrical equipment, or related industries
- Deep understanding of key industrial/commercial account
