Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant & IT Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our office operations. This unique role blends traditional front-office administration with hands-on technical support. You will be the first point of contact for guests while ensuring our office hardware, surveillance, and networks are functioning perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Administration
Reception: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle mail/courier distributions.
Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the front-desk area remains professional.
Documentation: Prepare reports, memos, and digital filing using advanced Word and Excel functions.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and manage calendars via Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
IT & Technical Support
Systems Maintenance: Troubleshoot Operating System issues and perform Application installations for staff.
Hardware & Security: Monitor and maintain Surveillance cameras and assist with basic computer hardware repairs or setups.
Networking: Assist with network cabling tasks and basic configurations for Routers, LAN/WAN, and Manageable Switches.
Cloud Support: Act as the internal point person for Office 365 and Microsoft Teams user management and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
