Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive - Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, portals, and site visits
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and explain project details
- Conduct site visits and follow up for closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates
- Coordinate with banks for loan processing and legal documentation
- Build relationships with channel partners and brokers
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1-3 years experience in real estate/direct sales
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada preferred
- Two-wheeler mandatory, smartphone required
- Target-driven, willing to travel within Bangalore
- Basic knowledge of RERA and home loan process preferred
