Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement digital campaigns targeting the K12 education audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on KPIs, and ensure ROI alignment.
- SEO Management:
- Perform regular keyword research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to enhance search engine rankings.
- Build backlinks and improve domain authority through outreach and collaboration.
- Monthly Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive group and K12 monthly performance reports.
- Highlight successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- CRM Management Support:
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM databases.
- Collaborate with teams to manage lead pipelines and customer communication.
- Social Media Improvement:
- Identify gaps in current social media strategies and propose improvements.
- Develop engaging content plans to resonate with parents, students, and educators.
- Monitor analytics to refine social media tactics and enhance audience engagement.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (Preferred).
Professional Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
