Role Overview
We are hiring experienced Waiters to deliver excellent dining service at Mgril. You will ensure guests have a memorable experience through courteous service, timely order delivery, and a clean dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menu, and take accurate food & beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks as per Mgril service standards and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth order flow
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining area
- Up-sell menu items and specials when appropriate
- Follow grooming standards and ensure proper uniform at all times
- Adhere to food safety and FSSAI guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as Waiter/Steward in restaurant, hotel, or QSR
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; Hindi/English is a plus
- Knowledge of basic POS/billing operations preferred
- Punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- 10th pass or above
