About the Role
WeHYB is looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Marketing & Content Intern who can help strengthen our digital presence, create engaging content, and contribute to brand-building initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, marketing research, and experimenting with new growth ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, carousels, and other digital platforms
- Write engaging captions, posts, articles, and marketing copy
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
- Review and suggest improvements for our website, social media pages, and online presence
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Generate creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement
- Support lead generation and outreach initiatives
- Track content and campaign performance and share insights
- Collaborate with the team to develop branding, community-building, and growth strategies
- Explore new marketing channels, tools, and content formats
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
- Ability to think creatively and independently
- Strong observation and research skills
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital platforms
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
