Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team in Noida Sector 3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
