Job Description / Responsibilities
· Familiarize with all products and services offered by the company.
· Meet customers across India to understand requirements, promote products, and build trust while managing a designated geographic area with planned routes to optimize sales efforts.
· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to follow up on inquiries, quotations, or orders.
· Identify new opportunities to expand market reach and drive business growth.
· Assist sales team with lead generation, quotations, order processing, and timely follow-ups (office-based when not traveling).
· Ensure all sales-related documentation is up to date for reporting purposes.
· Travel extensively across PAN India for client visits, business development, and event participation.
· Deliver product demonstrations, answer customer queries, and present engaging solutions on-site.
· Maintain accurate records of all field and office activities using CRM tools and submit regular reports on KPIs and outcomes.
· Track Orders to ensure timely delivery of products and communicate proactively with clients.

Technical Skills:
· Proficient in MS Office, including presentation software.
· Proficient knowledge of statistics.
· Hands‑on experience with CRM tools
· Familiar with route planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
· High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role, with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the brass industry.
· Must have knowledge of agriculture markets and practices to identify opportunities and engage with relevant clients.
· Willing to travel extensively across India for client visits and events, with a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
