Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development with a strong design rationale, translating ideas into high-quality visual outputs
- Develop detailed 3D interior and exterior visualizations with a premium, modern design approach
- Perform advanced spatial planning, layout optimization, and functional design solutions
- Select and propose materials, finishes, lighting, and textures that enhance overall design quality
- Prepare accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD for execution
- Create highly realistic renders using SketchUp (with rendering tools like V-Ray / Enscape preferred)
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and project teams to refine design concepts
- Support project documentation and coordinate with vendors when required
- Stay updated with global design trends, materials, and visualization techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SketchUp and AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Proven experience in creating high-end 3D interior and exterior visualizations
- Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition
- Strong sense of modern, contemporary, and luxury design aesthetics
- Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling presentations
- Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render is a Must.
- Good knowledge of construction detailing and execution drawings
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience
- Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in interior design / 3D visualization
