Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone.
– Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
– Assist with customer account management, including processing orders, updating information, and managing subscriptions.
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
– Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
– Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Any Graduate male or female.
– Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
– Excellent communication in Hindi and Bengali.
– Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
– A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
