We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Real Estate Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, generating revenue, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with team handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team effectively.
- Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Assist team members in client meetings and deal closures.
- Develop sales strategies to increase business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Experience as a Real Estate team leader Mandatory
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
