Job Summary
Voraco Distributors is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B industrial sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential customers across industrial zones and manufacturing hubs.
- Generate new business through cold visits, referrals, and market mapping.
- Present and promote the company's rubber and petrochemical product portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and daily visit reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the rubber, petrochemical, chemical, polymer, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
