We're looking for an energetic and driven Associate Center Manager who enjoys working with people, loves fitness, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding member experience while driving business growth.
What You'll Do
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive gym membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Convert walk-ins, enquiries and trial members into paying members.
- Promote Personal Training and Group Exercise programs.
- Build relationships with members to improve retention and renewals.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
Center Operations
- Support the daily operations of the fitness center.
- Ensure the gym is clean, safe and operational at all times.
- Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Member Experience
- Welcome members and create a positive first impression.
- Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure members receive an exceptional fitness experience every day.
- Collect feedback and work towards improving member satisfaction.
Team Coordination
- Support the Center Manager in running daily operations.
- Coordinate trainer schedules and ensure sessions begin on time.
- Maintain discipline, grooming and service standards.
- Work closely with sales, operations and fitness teams to achieve center goals.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in gym operations, fitness, hospitality, retail, customer experience or center management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness, health and wellness.
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in achieving targets.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work weekends and rotational shifts.
