Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on exposure to the US market.
- Proven experience in lead generation through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, landing pages, lead funnels, and ROI.
- Experience in generating high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and maximizing conversions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- US Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
