Job Summary
Amretri Healthcare is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacy Manager / In-Charge to lead operations at our Medical College Pharmacy.
Location: Ataria, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 3–5 Years (Hospital/Medical College Pharmacy Preferred)
· Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end pharmacy procurement and vendor coordination
- Ensure accurate Purchase Entry & GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and expiry management Handle purchase returns and vendor reconciliation
- Conduct monthly pharmacy reconciliation and stock audits
- Support internal and external pharmacy audits & compliance Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to Cluster Head
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and hospital pharmacy protocols
- Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
· Requirements:
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Registered Pharmacist preferred) 3–8 years of experience in hospital or institutional pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems & pharmacy software
- Good understanding of drug storage norms, expiry control & compliance
- Experience in handling audits and documentation
- Strong analytical, reporting, and team management skills
�� Preference will be given to candidates with experience in NABH-accredited hospitals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
